Local shadow quality are shadows casted by local light sources, like a light in room or a street light... the only setting that looks good and that I recommend is high. distant shadows resolution absolutely changes ur fps and there is a clear difference. I recommend low. volumetric fog resolution looks horrid at low. I recommend medium for 95% of everyone.

What's funny about Anisotropy (anisotropic filtering) is that with many games combined with most modern GPUs, the performance is actually better at x16 than x8 because both the games and GPUs are SO optimized for x16... though, settings below x8 is still faster than x16...

Why the fk can you remove shadows in a competitive fps? Might as well make smoke, particles, fire and foliage optional too, this is a really odd choice imo. Imagine if you could disable grass in tarkov

I got a 4070 and I run fidelityfxcas at 70 with DLSS frame generation on and my latency is great, so I’m not sure what you mean by bad latency cause I’m not seeing that at all
